Swedish/relaxation massage
Myofascial release
Trigger point therapy
Energy work
Lymphatic massage
If you are looking for something specific, check our therapists' spotlights to see what types of bodywork they offer.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
Support your body and mind
Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Prenatal massage can help release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation. Our therapists are specially trained to ensure your comfort and safety.
ADD HIMALAYAN SALT STONES
Melt your muscle tension with heat
In our version of a hot stone massage, heated Himalayan salt stones become an extension of your therapist's hands to soothe tired muscles, release tension, and revitalize your body. An added benefit of Himalayan Salt Stones over more traditional basalt is they contain 84 naturally-occurring minerals to nourish your body. This type of massage can help increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and even improve sleep.
ADD CUPPING THERAPY
Negative pressure can create a positive result
Try using suction, or negative pressure, instead of tissue compression to release multiple layers of restricted tissue. Your therapist will apply cups to specific areas of the body to relieve muscle aches, reduce joint stiffness, and decrease overall inflammation in the body. This therapy is highly recommended for clients who need deep tissue or sports massage. Cupping can be added to your session when you book online or in person when you arrive for your treatment.
MEDICAL MASSAGE
Is it right for you?
Medical massage is available on a limited basis in 30-minute increments. At your initial visit, you will receive a free 15-minute consultation with your therapist to understand the condition you are seeking treatment for and to develop a treatment plan, followed by a 30-minute session. If you have questions about whether medical massage is a good option for you, contact us. We do not accept insurance but would be happy to provide any documentation you need to seek reimbursement.
